Text Box: What is it? The Artist Teen Mentoring Project is an opportunity for local area teens ages 15-18 to experience mentoring with a professional artist. Students will attend several discussion/demo sessions in which the artists will share their work and experience as well as demonstrating some basic techniques. Then, students will work in the studio with their mentor and have time and space to create work of their own . We will celebrate the completion of the program with an opening reception and exhibition of the student’s work in the student gallery at Rogue Gallery and Art Center .
